While we have verified the details of certain countries with local lawyers, this has not been completed for all jurisdictions included in this first edition. We intend to expand this process in future editions.

In jurisdictions such as the United States and Canada, where company registration operates at state or provincial level, the guide focuses on federal registers (where available) or major states, rather than attempting to list every individual registrar.
