Francesca is a lawyer with extensive international experience advising companies operating across the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia.

 She is the Founder and Managing Partner of V Legal Advisory, a boutique legal advisory practice providing strategic legal support to international companies, investors and contractors involved in cross-border business and complex commercial projects in the Middle East.

Before founding V Legal Advisory, Francesca served as Head of Legal – Middle East at an international law firm and Senior Legal Counsel for a construction company.

Francesca’s main areas of expertise are:

  1. Corporate and commercial law, including corporate structuring, joint ventures, regulatory compliance and employment frameworks across the UAE and wider GCC region.
  2. Construction and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on FIDIC-based contracts and the legal and contractual frameworks governing major construction projects in the Middle East.
  3. Cross-border transactions and project advisory, supporting international engineering firms, construction companies, and multinational groups with corporate operations, risk management, and dispute prevention strategies.
