GALENA DINEVA – SOLICITOR

Galena is a solicitor at FSREG and focuses on corporate and real estate matters. She heads our Central and Eastern European practice.

Galena holds a law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an LLM from BPP University, London. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.

Galena has a unique business experience, having founded two business ventures in the past, which allows her to root her advice in real-world commercial common sense.

Galena’s main areas of expertise are:

1. Advising on transactions with a real estate asset focus including single asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance transactions, joint ventures and restructurings.
2. Advising on M&A transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of portfolio companies and other M&A transactions.
3. Acting as legal counsel to entrepreneurs, start-up companies and family offices looking to expand their operations internationally.
